Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your cleaning service, we will return to re-clean the area/task within 24 hours. This guarantee applies under the following conditions:

  • You must contact our office at 917-310-3094 within 24 hours of service completion.

  • If you are home during the cleaning, you must notify the cleaner or our office of any issues before they leave your home.

Exceptions:

  • This guarantee does not apply if you are present at the time of cleaning and do not raise concerns immediately.

  • Re-cleaning will address specific issues reported and does not constitute a full re-cleaning of the property.

Payments

All payments are due in full before or upon completion of service. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

Security:
All online payments are processed securely through Stripe using 256-bit SSL encryption. Your transactions with The Dust Bunnies are safe and secure.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for gift certificate purchases. Due to the personalized nature of cleaning services, refunds for completed cleanings cannot be offered. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Feedback and Reviews

We value your feedback and require 7 days to address and resolve any issues before public reviews are posted. This allows us to ensure that we have the opportunity to meet your expectations.

Pricing

Flat-Rate Pricing

  • Applies to homes under 1,000 sq ft and includes all tasks on our Cleaning Checklist.

  • Add-ons, such as dishes, laundry, or inside oven cleaning, are priced separately and must be requested in advance.

Hourly Pricing

  • Recommended for homes over 1,000 sq ft, commercial spaces, or customized cleaning requests.

  • Minimum booking: 2 hours. Time exceeding the booked hours will be billed in 30-minute increments.

  • Add-ons are included in the hourly service as the client is paying for time.

Same-Day Service Fee

  • A $40 fee applies for services requested and completed on the same day.

Additional Fees

  • State/local taxes, split payment processing fees, or other surcharges may apply.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days but are subject to adjustments if the property condition or details provided by the client are inaccurate.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cleaning: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service incur a $90 cancellation fee.

  • Move-In/Move-Out or Team Cleaning: Cancellations within 24 hours incur the greater of $90 or 50% of the total service cost.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Services rescheduled more than 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $30 fee per cleaner.

Service Limitations

Our services do not include:

  • Stain removal (e.g., rust, mold, mildew)

  • Cleaning behind heavy appliances

  • Organizing, decluttering, or excessive trash removal

  • Cleaning in hazardous conditions or areas with pests/rodents

Working Conditions and Safety

Access to Property

Clients must ensure cleaners have access to the property during the scheduled service time. If entry is not provided within 30 minutes of the cleaners arrival, a cancellation fee will apply.

Power, Water, and Lighting

The property must have running water, sufficient lighting, and power for the service to be completed. Failure to provide these will result in service cancellation with a fee.

Pets

Clients must inform us if pets will be present. Uncommunicated pets or aggressive animals may lead to cancellation with a fee.

Dangerous Conditions

The Dust Bunnies reserve the right to cancel services in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

Claims

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Clients may be required to provide proof of ownership, damage, or loss. Claims will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Services can be booked online or by contacting us at 917-310-3094.

  • Cleaners are scheduled to arrive within a 30-minute window of the booked time.

Supplies

We provide Eco-cleaning supplies. Clients may request specific products; however, The Dust Bunnies are not liable for results when using client-provided supplies.
